We are lucky enough to have the most AMAZING customers and we wanted to show our appreciation! Bouncer World Rewards is a customer loyalty program that rewards points for discounts. Discounts range from $15-$500. You can also redeem for free rental items, such as snow cone machine or a giant jenga game. Each rental item will display how many loyalty points you will earn by renting that item. The more you rent, the more points you earn! Each rental item displays how many points can be earned. The more you rent, the more points you earn. We like to keep things easy and stress free, so no card or account is needed for our loyalty rewards program. Your rewards points will be tied to your email address, so be sure to use the same email address each time you rent. Once you have earned points, on your next rental at checkout you will be offered any discounts you have earned. If you order by phone we will let you know what your point balance is and any available discounts available as well. Just select any discount desired and it will be applied on the payment screen. That's it, easy-peasy!

Yes, your reward points expire after one year from your latest rental. Example: You rent January 1st and earned 300pts. The points would expire the following January 1st. If you rent again for July 4th the expiration date resets and the new expiration is July 4th of the following year.
No you can not gift your points to another customer. Your reward points are saved and only usable for your customer profile.
